You might wonder how I ended up here in South Africa, the Mother Country. My journey began in 2019 when I came for an internship at LifeBrand. Working with NGOs was truly inspiring—it opened my eyes to the uniqueness of life, the joy in the little things, and the beauty of creating something from nothing. My time in South Africa changed my life in ways I’ll always be grateful for.

I’ve come to love this country in all its aspects—the vibrant culture, diverse activities, breathtaking sunsets, and, of course, my partner. But also the challenges: extreme poverty, load shedding, and the relentless wind.

Germany will always be home, with my family and friends, but I have a restless spirit—a constant urge to explore. I want to capture the world through my lens, showcasing historical, fascinating, and untouched places. Many see Africa as dangerous or unknown, but I aim to change that. Through my photography and storytelling, I want to take away the fear of the unfamiliar and reveal Africa for what it truly is—raw, real, and wonderfully diverse.
